You know what i`m here in the UK and and been using selected videos from Mike Chang and its totally changed my body in just weeks. I`ve been working out for ten years and just using Mikes` method of 8 second rest period is stripping my belly fat and making gains in record time.
I know alot of bullshit gets written in the comments but i implore everyone to give certain videos a try and the short rest period between sets.
