    I use to train 4 hours a day take 1 gram of protein per pound of my weight I gain but never got better then 11% fat, my friend trained for 1 month not even hard and had a super body using steroids, all these mofo on tv are on them

    if your eating rite.. at that age you dont need to be taking protein. if you workout properly and eat hard you dont need it.

    Hey Im 17, I began working out when I was a really skinny 16 year old and now because of eating more calories I gained a lot of muscle within the year But lately it has caused me to get layers of fat over my waist and on my abs to the point where my 6 pack isn’t as visible anymore… help?
