I just developed an extreme milk allergy. I used to be able to tolerate it but now if I have dairy it makes so much phlegm I can’t breath and I have to spit it out for 15 minutes (gross sorry). I’m trying to reverse it.
i take zyrtec and singulair and i have an inhaler prescribed to me. also i take sudefed or however u spell it. my allergies and asthma grow worse. i am actually going to the doc tomorrow to see where to go from here.
Like the canoe analogy very much! Hunting for triggers is a good strategy. I have asthma as well as chronic rhinitis, occasional use fexofenadine and inhaled corticosteroids for the latter, works 😉
thanking you for addressing these issues. i have astham,allergies,sinus problems all severe. if i am even around someone who just smoked,has perfume/cologne,animals,etc i will be so sick and sometimes go into an asthma attack. it is so miserable to live so debilitating. everywhere i go i am worried about what i will run into and how it will effect me.
There are plenty of things that aren’t bad, but sadly an awful lot of things that ARE. Pain killers are some of the most dangerous drugs there are, not only for the addictive nature but damage to stomach lining, liver and worse. Did you the pharmacist’s comment about the danger of Tylenol even??
I only went into pharmacy because the money is good. After doing pharmacy for 24 years I regret what I do. The efficacy and safety are very low and t he cost is very high.
He doesn’t say does he lol, I suspect its a concoction of local allergens and triggers used to desensitize your allergy. Someone on here told me you can use local honey, which of course contains local plant allergens, to desensitize yourself. That’s all I can think of, hope it helps 😉

Very informative. I have pollen and dander allergies, so I deal with some of the issues the Dr raised. On a side note, Corrina looks lovely .
