    mike you should use weights and put them on the ground when you do handstand pushups theyll help you stabilize yourself and your wrists wont have any stress on them

    Hey Mike love your tips. I just have a question maybe u can help answer. How much protien is necessary to intake daily to build muscle according to your body size. Oh. And also why haven’t u explained how building muscle is also affected by our genetic make up. Some men habe different body types. Like ectomorphs and endomorphs etc. Why not give tips on how to increase muscle building for each body type?.
