I eat (organic) oats (prepared in 15 minutes on stove with water) with a mashed up banana, cinnamon and a good teaspoon of honey… and sometimes topped with chocolate flakes.
I sure hope I am eating the right thing.

I would like to see some examples of an actual balanced breakfast that won’t take too long to prepare, I usually only have about 30 minutes to prepare and eat breakfast. Preferably examples without oatmeal, I can hardly stomach the stuff.

The common people that I know seem to be brain washed with the convenience of cerol rather than to prepare a real healthy meal, Alto I do admit they taste nice, I much rather trust fresh food is always better in the mornings, as you really do feel the affects a little later when you feel more alive rather then being a profit in some richmans pocket.

How’s this; for breakfast I eat steel cut oats boiled in water with other grains/seeds such as quinoa, flax, etc, and also ground almonds. No salt or sugar, but sweetened with fruit (normally banana), and occasionally a small bit of honey.

I’ve known for a while that oats and other grains aren’t the perfect food like some people seem to believe, but I definitely feel much better on days I eat my oatmeal than on days that I don’t no matter what else I eat.

I usually have a banana/berries/yogurt smoothie for breakfast, but once in a while I just feel like a bowl of muesli-type cereal for a change.

And the donkey who responds. Excuse me kind sir, I simply wanted to express my appreciation for a hearty breakfast and exercise while referencing popular internet culture. But you have proven the point that one gets more attention through shitty comments than with appreciative and intelligent remarks.
