    Makes sense to me.

    Surely working arms directly once a week is fine, because on other days such as chest and shoulders, you’d be working your arms indirectly as secondary muscles anyway. That’s how I always saw it.

    Forearms are worked naturally when you lift, theyre used in gripping the bar. He does have some kinda lackluster forearms though.
