you cant possibly be so tired after doing so little, Mike. You talk about
afterburn training, yet you are so out of breath after 10 burpees? One
starting to watch the video at 4:10 would think you have just completed 100
burpees without a rest.
I watched this video strictly to see the hot chick in the picture of the
video get all hot, but there wasn’t, not a hot chick, but there was big
China..
WOW I never thought Mike would be another jerk off who results to deceiving
people for views using the ol’ bait and switch thumbnail trick.
Couple this with not offering to sell your pre-workout by itself and you’re
showing some real shyster behaviour.
Damn Big China, you’re an inspiration to me man. I’m pretty much the same
as you, 5’10 and was around 250 before i started exercising. Atkins has
brought me down to 229, with some regular workout. Seeing this is making me
even more motivated!
I can tell Mike is in the leaning phase, good for him! And I give props to
Big China for pulling through. He should be impressed because it’s even
tough for Mike.
Reminds me of when I was in high school.. I weighed 220 pounds and one of
my friend actually called me Big China for being big and Chinese lol.. now
Im down to 170.. but still doin it BIG!
I’m seriously out of shape! I haven’t exercised in like 8 years! Should I
workout everyday? Or every other day? Tried to do situps the other day and
was winded and wore out after doing 8! Any suggestions would be nice!
Oh and another thing guys Pain is only Temporary in any pain you can get
physical, mentally it will eventually subside and go away so push your self
