We do a intense, HEAD-TO-HEAD home workout together. You can do it by yourself, or competitively with a partner like we did it. And the best part is it requires only your bodyweight, and you don’t need any equipment. Here’s how to do the workout: MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS – 30 SECONDS: Start in the push-up position, and step your feet upwards towards your hands. To make it more challenging, you can shift your weight forward so you are carrying more with your chest and upper body.     This is obvious but I still need to say it. Mike. YOU. ARE. GORGEOUS. Sorry, not trying to be a creep but DAMN. I’d love some advice though. I’m a 24yr female, 5’3″ and I weigh 156 lbs. I have a big belly and fatty thighs and my bum is not very shapely. I need to find something to help with these areas and burn the fat in the most effective way. I know I can’t target one single area and it will also effect the rest of my body but I do really want to remained focused on my stomach. Help?
