This is obvious but I still need to say it. Mike. YOU. ARE. GORGEOUS. Sorry, not trying to be a creep but DAMN. I’d love some advice though. I’m a 24yr female, 5’3″ and I weigh 156 lbs. I have a big belly and fatty thighs and my bum is not very shapely. I need to find something to help with these areas and burn the fat in the most effective way. I know I can’t target one single area and it will also effect the rest of my body but I do really want to remained focused on my stomach. Help?
