    Mike, shut up! YOU ARE NOT AN ADVANCED LIFTER TO BE TELLING ADVANCED
    LIFTERS THAT THEY ARE TRAINING INCORRECTLY, WHAT A LAUGHING MATTER THAT IS.
    Dude please just stop, please stop. You either make up shit or copy other
    people on youtube and post it as your own. Ive been training 7 years and I
    don’t consider myself advanced, I have a degree is Sportd science -human
    strength and conditioning and I don’t go around stating I’m advanced. I
    have competed at state, National and international (Junior) level in
    powerlifting, I have been on stage in Bodybuilding, I have a diploma in
    personal training and coaching. I have more credentials and qualifications
    than your fake ass. You Mike, are an embarrassment to the health and
    fitness community, further more, an embarrassment to yourself. Actually,
    you’re a shame to the fitness world is a better way to state it.

    Hi guys I just want to ask for some tips. I’m 73-74 KG and 174cm, I’m
    trying to lose some weight, 68-69 kg is my goal, I Jog 5 times a week but
    not so much result, some tips for me? In about a week I’m going to the gym
    for the first time if anyone wanna know. Thanks already!

    It’s not easy to put on muscle when you first start lifting, especially
    when your nutrition isn’t on point. I’ve seen some of the same guys go to
    my gym and they look the same, literally the same. If your nutrition isn’t
    on point, you’re out of luck.

    I have some pains with my wrist/forearm when I do curls and what not, I
    took a week off but idk if the forearm is ready. I was curling high but
    Should I drop the weight and build it back up or do more forearm work
    outs???

    lifting means only ppl that look like Mr O, go get ur info str8 b4 u talk

    I just watch his videos because they really amuse me,the fact that he is
    talking so much crap and people are listening to him,I do not blame him
    that much though,he makes good money,I just really do not see the point of
