Mike I hope you see this. Why are you telling complete beginners it doesn’t
matter how you do the movement? You used the db press as an example, are
you wanting people to fuck up their shoulder joint or scapula? There IS a
right way to do it. The safe way. A yolo who watches this will just think
“o great as long as I’m doing this for 2 years like mike I’ll start to look
good”. If that kid fucks his scapula up their is no fixing that. Please
stop giving people bad information. I don’t care if kids reply to this and
think I’m wrong. One day you will be an adult and if you follow this mans
advice, then enjoy injuries.
this guy has inspired me to work out,i just started a month ago and i’m
seeing great results, i’ve watched all his videos and done the exercises
and i’m walking proof, this guy knows what he is talking about… if your
still debating if you wanna get in shape STOP!! just fucking do it. don’t
expect change immediately,Rome wasn’t built in one day and neither is a
great body.
I never went to the Gym. I was Skinny. i’m only 17 year old. then i found
Mike, he’s motivated me so much, and these tips help so much! i still do
basic exercises and im not the biggest but ill get there one day. watch
every video if i can do it, everyone can do it!!

comes burning body fat and then comes developing muscles. Plz touch upon
that area. thanks
The biggest regret I have is going on a bodybuilding split and not hitting
legs as a beginner. If your a beginner go on a program. Mark Ripptoe
Starting Strength is the best. Try it out it wont hurt and its a very
simple routine that can be done in less than 45min. After that if you have
more left in the tank you can do curls or whatever isolation movement you
like
