    Again Chang with his shitty pointless “advice”. From where can I start,
    firstly these aren’t leg raises this is shitty exercise that your grandma
    would do after a physiotherapy session, real hanging leg raises are with
    straight legs and going all the way up till your toes almost touch or are
    close to the hanging bar. Also, abdominal muscles mostly come to play
    between the horizontal with the ground and toes to bar range of motion, so
    basically you just fooling your self if you do this shit.

    I *thumbs down* this video and I’m going to tell you why? I cannot believe
    the absolute gall and audacity this man has to try and teach me how to do
    leg raises when he doesn’t even have a set of decent abs. Do you know why
    he is always so enthusiastic about showing these mundane boring exercises?
    it is because YOUR money will continuously flow in to this mans pockets
    long after these videos are made. He remains present, to stay known, and to
    get the newbies money. My word of advice to the less enchanted: keep
    clicking on his ads, these are paid for ads that you see popping up
    everywhere and he has to pay every time a person clicks on them. So if
    everybody clicks together and don’t buy his shit, you will make that cash
    flow to his pockets just a little less jolly.

    Stop all this nonesence. Mike chang is good. Hes not perfect but his good.
    No doubt that Mike chang has abs. If u dont think so then ur blind. Abs are
    genetics. No ones abs are gna look the same. Stop critisizing him in every
    video and gice him a break. Hes putting quite a bit of time posting videos
    and helped me quite a bit
