this video was *Mike Chang* breaking a sweat doing some tricep pull downs.
This man may look half way aesthetic, but the question is: is he healthy?

extension that he is getting when he flares out his elbows? Zero, you are
not going to benefits anymore than just pushing the fucking rope down with
your elbows in. This technique does not further stimulate the triceps and
if you believe so you are a fucking retard that doesn’t lift.
