    I *thumbs down* this video and I’m going to tell you why? This is very
    basic information, that most people know already. I would even say it is
    not that necessary to flare out. Also, the most pathetic thing I saw in
    this video was *Mike Chang* breaking a sweat doing some tricep pull downs.
    This man may look half way aesthetic, but the question is: is he healthy?

    lol hes so unnatural looking. I wonder what hes on. and for all the retard
    that are mike chang cock suckers and listen to everything he says. watch
    the video closely and please tell me the difference of the triceps
    extension that he is getting when he flares out his elbows? Zero, you are
    not going to benefits anymore than just pushing the fucking rope down with
    your elbows in. This technique does not further stimulate the triceps and
    if you believe so you are a fucking retard that doesn’t lift.
