Hey everyone, my arm is growing slower. I started working out four months
ago. It was at a 0.5 cm growing rate a week. Now it grows about 0.5 every
month. Is this about the time arms begin to grow slower?
Wow mike really improved from the last time I saw him. He really did his
homework on his body especially on his traps. He looks in better shape than
when he started years ago. Regardless of what training works for you its
