    Wow mike really improved from the last time I saw him. He really did his
    homework on his body especially on his traps. He looks in better shape than
    when he started years ago. Regardless of what training works for you its
    all relative. But his body is quite inspiring none the less.

    being the cheapskate he is jumped at their offer to sell this mysterious
    new chemical to him. Out of curiosity Mike decided to try this amazing
    X-Factor in his daily pre-workout mixture. After only using the substance
    once, mike developed the kind of grotesque, mouse like face and “flabs”
    nightmares are made of. However, this wasn’t the only negative side effect
    Mike Chang experienced. He also began promoting bullshit “products” and
    “workouts” for the fitness newbies to fall for in hopes of making a quick
    buck. So before criticizing Mike Chang’s Bullshit videos and products,
    please realize that he is only a victim of……..THE X-FACTOR!!!!!!!!!
