@Johno712 you only have a week. i wouldnt work out at all, otherwise you’ll be sore/still recovering. tbh i’d just get plenty of rest , do stretches, and eat well. try give it 2 months of working out before expecting improvement

@nick141008 It is your personal choice, supplements are just that – supplemental to your diet. People only take supplements for convenience. I have never taken them because I don’t feel that they are necessary.

@codluvva i found that doing as many as i could normally, until failure, then switching to my knees helped me work up to doing more normal push ups. i just doubled the push ups i did on my knees to compensate. hope that helps and good luck on your work out.
