Grab a towel, that’s all the equipment you will need to really work out your chest and back. A lot of people get confused about how to properly build their back. People spend years trying to build a strong ripped back. Many give up… because its REALLY hard, but I am going to show you a really effective way to build your back. It a tough workout, but we can get through this together. Here’s how you do it: 0:38 4 Second Push Ups:: 10 reps:: Assume the standard push up position.     @Johno712 you only have a week. i wouldnt work out at all, otherwise you’ll be sore/still recovering. tbh i’d just get plenty of rest , do stretches, and eat well. try give it 2 months of working out before expecting improvement

    Hey there Mike! I’ve been watching your videos for a long while, but one thing I didn’t notice.. Can you please answer me on this one, It’s important to me…
    What can you suggest about running? How long, maybe how, because it’s a problem I have.. I’m a bad runner, my stamina sucks, and I asked my school coach, and he told me the best for stamina is to run.. But I don’t really know how, how long, basically nothing.. Any suggestions?

    @nick141008 It is your personal choice, supplements are just that – supplemental to your diet. People only take supplements for convenience. I have never taken them because I don’t feel that they are necessary.

    @codluvva i found that doing as many as i could normally, until failure, then switching to my knees helped me work up to doing more normal push ups. i just doubled the push ups i did on my knees to compensate. hope that helps and good luck on your work out.
