Hello Sixpackshortcuts, I just started working out for the first time and I noticed that my muscles get tired really fast. For example, I started bench pressing at 100 lbs but around my 5th or 6th press, my arms feel like they wanna tap out. When I rest for a min and go back to it, my arms feel a little shakey and weak. Same thing goes for bicep curls. Is this normal or do I need to be patient with my body. Your response would be greatly appreciated.
if you havent been doing any muscle training before it´s not very smart to start off with lifting weights. start with doing exercises like pullups and other exersises using only your body, to build up your basic strenght, then you can start lifting weights.

It’s more important that you complete the amount of sets and reps instead of being able to lift heavy for a couple of reps and then be too weakened to go on with the rest of your workout.
Try lifting lighter and go through the full motion/reps&sets with a perfect form. Your body will gradually adjust and you will be able to increase the weights!
