a six pack but in his vids he says he’s been working out sence he’s

I do his 100 reps ab workout (just search it it’s pretty tough but now it’s
easy for me) almost everyday but I don’t see why I don’t get sore on my
abs? I’m even adding more reps
Mike, you said to do legs only once a week. I can’t use heavy weights due
to a permanent injury but need to make the one side as strong as the
other. Now, I’m using very light weights and need to build up muscle for
balance and for surgery in the future. How many times a day can I train my
legs per week if I’m using very light weights and no weights for squats.

sleep schedule is f’d up so I guess I just have to get my shit back

Is it better to do a 3 a week 1 for arms, 1 for legs, 1 for abs, chest and
