I’m following a workout split which day would I do a total body workout
?????? For Ex if he has a chest and bicep workout would i do that on chest
or arms day?? Any advice please ( sorry if you don’t understand I’m not

What do you think guys is Mike’s body fat percentage? around 10? 12%? I
know some people think he’s “fat”. To me, it’s bullshit. Too shredded is
weird and almost unhealthy in my opinion..

talk negative shit about you guys. Why the fuck do you even bother comming
here saying that Mike is full of shit? What doyou guys think that matters
the most in the gym? Consistency. And you are consistent by doing exercises
you like, if you force urself into the gym fields then you wont even grow
anyway. Maybe first month but then you wont be motivated to do anything
else.
Just do what you like guys, if this workout works for you, (yes definately
try it out once or twice), then you shud repeat this workout at least twice
a month.
Pec muscles don’t react to different grips. They react to the angle of your
body as in incline, decline or flat. It’s just how the muscle fibres run
and your grip won’t change that… But I guess you need to come up with new
bullshit so you’d keep those 3 million betas buying your magic red drink.

I was excited to give this a shot, today is chest day and i just finished
blasting through 5 sets of incline/flat flys and presses as well as bench
press. I tried alternating grip and followed it up with the slow pressups
and bm chest has blown up! Great tips as always 🙂 Do you think you could
cover some dumbell/bench routines for forearms and back? Thanks :-)
