Hey Mike! I am a guy that’s 13 years old and I have been taking 100
push-ups every day! After a year I stopped and now I have started again. I
just have 2 problems 🙁 1. I am working out in my own house. When it’s
winter I get so cold that when I worm up am cold 5 minutes later 🙁 But the
big problem is that I go on one other sport and we have some basic work
outs there. My problem is that you don’t gonna work out to days in a row.
My training is on Thuseday and Thursday. And I work out on Wednesdays 🙁 Is
it bad for me to train three days in a row? When I work out home I do it
for 3 hours and I lift weights! Sry for my bad English and I hope u can
answer me ;)

Noone does at home workouts . people get over it in about the 4th day .

But a wide pull-up works the smaller back muscles on ur back whereas a
regular pull-up works more and bigger back muscles
