i’m still a fan of mike but i’ve switched to another fitness plan ‘intermittent fasting’
no more 6 meals, you get growth hormones that protect your muscles if you fast which burns fat AND is necessary to help build muscle. Also mike says you don’t have energy to work out, but thats not true, because if you work on empty stomach the body has to draw energy from somewhere and its from your fat stores
