I got Justin with me here to help demonstrate one of my favorite ways to hit a quick set of chest. Whenever I’m traveling and need to get a quick pump in, I always get who ever is with me to knock out a couple of sets of these buddy push ups. It’s a bit more difficult then your average push ups but it will fill your chest with blood and really give you a deep and crazy stretch to help force maximum growth. Buddy push up workout description: Option 1: Place you hand on the upper back of your buddy and apply downward pressure. I suggest doing at least 12 reps of 6 sets each.     Hey buddy, I’m a personal trainor and your video is pretty good, nice tip for push ups, but seriously, you should ABSOLUTELY say to your viewers, that if they want to try the second version of your push ups, they have to be strong enough to try it, because the guy on the left is gonna destroy his back, man !!! If you can’t do push ups with the back straight, DON’T TRY THIS STUFF or you will distroy your back and regret it !!! 😉

    Depends what you’re trying to get. Do you have to run faster? Then yes, conditioning is good. Do you need to be big? Then you should start bulking, but you would gain more fat too.

    mike i’m a 80kg boy and i do a lot of exercise and i go to the gym 2,3/week but i don’t see great results :S… my body fat is a bit high but i hvnt check it but i would like some tips from you plz!!!
