im having the same problem. The ridges on my abs are slightly off. i have been trying to slow down the speed and really focus on those points, however it seems to not work very well

try doing situps where every 5 situps you go in the direction of your smaller ab (go up and to the left to make left one bigger)

My friends gave me some good advice if you have a weaker side , try to do lots of reps on a light weight, that way you wont shift over to your stronger side
my left pec is seems as if it has more fat on and less shape! please could you like this so it gets to the top and help me get an answer on what to do to help it?
It does take a while… just keep it up they will even out. I would say dumbbells are the way to go.

When I work out I can tell that one arm is stronger than the other. But I’m not sure what muscle it is that is weaker. Should I just slow down all my workouts?
I am sorry to tell you all this but your abs will only get bigger and stronger. You can not change where the ridges are. There is nothing you can do to make them perfectly symmetrical. I wish there were a way to straighten them out too.
