    Wassap, i drink cola and other soda’s everyday but i have about 19 % of boy
    fat! But if i stop complity will it change much? ( i have a problem with
    stoping ) Becuze i have drinken soda sence the day i was born! No joke, my
    parents fath that it was good for me and when i got 4 years old i had to

    You want to get a healthy dose of your carbs such as starch, sugar and
    fiber. Those are for energy. As for fats, You want to eat more unsaturated
    fat because that fuels your muscles. Amino acids make protein which is a
    last resort fuel for your body.

    Hey, I’m 14 and weigh 156 pounds and I’m 5″11. Im not that fat persay, but
    I have some stomach fat, and a lot of fat is in my butt and thighs… My
    diet is not great, and I don’t workout often. I was wondering if anyone has
    any advice to lose my thigh and stomach fat. Or do you think I’ll get
    leaner as i get taller? I’m suppose to be around 6’3-6’4. Some people say
    I’ll “grow out of it” which I sort of am right now, but I’d just like to
    hear your opinions on how to get leaner.
