    We can digest starch, just not 100% efficiently. Poop is mostly made of undigested starch, dead epithelial cells and water.

    Corn is mostly starch, you dont digest the corn you digest the starch in the corn. It gets converted into glucose causing the blood sugar to spike, insulin has to be released to get rid of the sugar.

    Obesity is caused by consuming too much sugar, vitamin deficiencies, genetic conditions.

    If you dont eat junk there will be less waste, no junk = more efficient = less waste

    No we cant, everything is dissolved in the acid but that does not mean everything can be absorbed.

    If you eat some grass or leaves, they dissolve in the acid and pass through the intestine as a thick liquid, get dried out and cant be absorbed.

    Fibre is basicly all plant matter which we cant digest, the intestine is perfectly capable of lubricating its self with fat and water, you just have to get enough of these.

    Fibre does not help digestion, it just pullets poop and makes it dry out.

    I think what Mike’s explaining is muscle atrophy.Your muscles shrink in size n the extra calories accumulate as fat on the triceps etc.Muscle tissue will never turn into fat its a different composition.
