I’m sorry but the towel row is useless. Unless you are a beginner that
hasn’t worked out for at least 3 months this won’t do shit. This exercise
is pretty much just you flexing your back
Where is the weight on your back when you do those burpees? ^^
Once you get used to them (same as with the pushups) you can increase the
“fun” and just keep wearing the backpack until the end :)
That moment when you watch this video, see Mike working out and think
“Yeha, that’s nothing, I can do it.” but in the end you’ll end up doing 10
push ups without weight and fall apart.
