Hey so in about a month, im going to tanzania for a church mission trip and
im kinda worried cuz im prolly not gonna be able to lift weights for about
two weeks and im prolly not gonna have all the food i need to keep my
weight. Is there any way i can at least keep my weight and still maintain
my strength by just doing body weight exercises like a crap ton of pushups
and pullups? Please help me out, anybody
Great ab workout Mike but,You said in a pervious video, that you should
spend no more than 5 minutes a day on abs, and this was longer than 5 min,
but the longer you can go, the more power too ya!
How do you know much body fat you have? I have been doing track about two
years and I never got abs. So I thought maybe I’ll start a diet( I’ll try)
and do this after track. Is that a good idea?
Hey Mike, or anyone, I’ve been bodybuilding for 6 months now and am
constantly making gains each gym visit but my squats haven’t improved at
all… I’ve tried every alternative to break this plateau and have came to
the conclusion that since I use a smith machine I’m pressing my body
against the bar rather than keeping balanced. I’ve tried squatting against
walls and exercise balls to get a better feeling for how to correctly do
this exercise but I can’t gain the balance to make gains. Any tips are
appreciated!

Hey okay no clue about all this workout shit. Im 5’11 225pounds i want my
stomach solid like them prisoners have i dont want to lose weight. i just
wanna build muscle atm i eat pretty much anything i dont limit myself on
what i can and cant eat. Any tips on staying around 225 and being more
solid? My friend told me to eat and workout and eat some more. that wasnt
really in depth. gimmie tips pls. and i want in home tips dont got access
to a gym
