    Thats true, only begginers and steroid users can do both at the same time, otherwise your goal is to preserve muscle when you cut, don’t expect to build any.

    The caption that scobby quoted form mike is what people call “sarcasm”. Scobby is either joking or he himself never seen mike’s video. He is saying that mike didn’t do cardio? please tell me what kind of exercise mike is doing in this video. My bet is that scobby never knew what sixpackshortcut is other than the image that he posted on his website.

    That’s only if you don’t supplement your diet. If you run in the gym having not eaten all day and start exercising hard your body is going to be struggling for energy and start getting it from the easiest source after glycogen stores have run out and thats the muscles. If you get glycogen from a safe source such as a complex carb supplement drink you will be fine. If you get it from cake, or cartoned fruit juices it will hinder your weight loss. In short: Eat well and you will be fine 🙂

    I know. The kiddies listening to this guys shit will never get big, as he doesn’t give them any nutritional info to go along with his (mainly awful) workouts, as well as the claims are so fucking over-exaggerated .

    It’s true but only when you doing cardio. With these high intense workouts you don’t burn your muscles at the same level as you will with cardio.

    With this type of exercise yes you can, when you incorporate high intensity cardio AND compound muscle group exercises, it kick starts the fat burning process, and also helps make muscle stronger. The compound muscle exercises are ones like the burpie, squat jumps and knee tucks, that does muscle gain/strengthening. The constant switch between exercises at a fast pace, does the cario or fat burning. The theory behind “eating into muscle” is false, its impossible. Hope this helped 🙂
