    Im turning 16 this year and i want to become muscle, im not really fat just a little bit chubby/solid but i want to be like athletic muscle
    I have soccer training Tuesday, Thursday and my game on saturday, and i will be doing gym on probaly Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
    So what type of lifting do i need to do to get big arms, 6 pack, and big chest.
    Shoud I take any protein shakes or fat loss shakes or sumshit like that? im already stocky so i dont need to put on weight.

    once youve slimmed down to the amount you wanted to can you cut down the amount of times per week you do the afterburn exercises and still retain the slim figure provided you eat clean andd properly @sixpackshortcuts
