This is the most idiotic post I have come across. He’s not going all the way down because he simply can’t. This is ego-lifting at its finest. You don’t do 1/3 squat reps. He’s talking about getting huge quads which is funny because he barely engages his quads in this so called “set”. Anyone who defends this video is completely lost when it comes to squats.
