We were just at the gym hitting legs, and we filmed this video of Dan squatting over 400 lbs. for 8 reps on my phone. Check it out to see what we mean when we say you have to squat heavy if you want to build mass! When Dan first started training with me, he weighed about 140 lbs. He hit it hard with an Afterburn Training routine though, and since that time he’s gained about 40 lbs. of muscle while getting leaner.     its in one of the “outdoor work out” vids, go and see for yourself…damn Injinn took him from the bushes..Mike tried to sling shot the bastard with a “pro-line resistance band” before he took off but he made it to his cannoe and skinned up the river straight across the damn border into new Mexico…it was chaos..

    Thats called a half squat,thats what runners do to make their legs stronger but not bigger so they can run. I suppose Dan wasnt trying to do half squats. Big ego

    This is the most idiotic post I have come across. He’s not going all the way down because he simply can’t. This is ego-lifting at its finest. You don’t do 1/3 squat reps. He’s talking about getting huge quads which is funny because he barely engages his quads in this so called “set”. Anyone who defends this video is completely lost when it comes to squats.
