    Can you put a video on how to increase a bench press.. I have size but for some reason my bench isn’t as strong as I look.. I go up in weight in other workouts BUT bench press.. Help man. Thanks

    @sixpackshortcuts What if I’m 6’0 135 lbs. very much so a hard gainer, but I still have alot of fat. As in I really do just have that little muscle.

    @ballerstew i use serious mass by optimum nutrition. i gained 10 pounds in 1 month.

    Hey Mike Im 16 and I work out 3 times a day I have no problem eating and pasta is my favorite. At night befor I go to bed I drink my weight gainer. I’m seeing a huge improvement and want to see alot more. Is there any other major tips that you could give me to help me out?

    @182theBlinkfan If you want more weight gain then milk since that increases your overall calorie intake.

    @wkangaroo I just went to check it, and it is not very convincing… I have not purchased Mike’s program, but I can tell you that every single video workout of his have been very helpful, both for muscle gain and CARDIO.

    Would you recommend mass gainers if the strict workout regiment consists of an intense 45 minute superset workout, or should I be working out longer? I’ve gotten some results, and a ton of strength, but my arms haven’t really exploded they way I had hoped, so if i take a mass gainer with this regiment, whats the likeliness of results?

    Hey Mike, im really hoping you will see this and help me out, i am 6ft and a mere 100pounds atm i really need to gain weight atm i have started to eat 3000 calories daily but i need help on the exercises every time i go gym i feel absoloutly exaushted and in pain the next day i wanted to know if it would be ok if i did Upper body one day then rest the next then lower body the other day would that be ok? Thanks!
