    you compare with his old videos,he may not always give the best advice but
    that’s why you live and learn.The important thing is that his is

    its proven that you can not change the peak in your bicep dumbass. some
    people have a long bicep and others have the short bicep giving them a
    better peak and the guys with the longer bicep makes them look like their
    arm is bigger not flexed. boom, done.

    Mike, is there any way to develop biceps with only bodyweight and possibly
    without pull-ups because I can’t do them? I don’t have enough money for the
