This “guru” is WRONG!! Whilst he is correct that overall calorie consumption is of utmost importance, he doesn’t realize that time of day nevertheless plays an important role in weight gain. Eating earlier in the day makes it easier to eat fewer calories at night; and total calories will be fewer. Skipping breakfast and lunch, then eating a full days worth of calories at night WILL lead to weight gain, as you will overeat. Tip: Eat normally during the day, go to bed hungry. You’ll lose weight!
@Phish78 That’s why the most important meal of the day is breakfast, but eating at evening doesn’t mean you get obese, it’s about the calorie intake.
Go to bed ungry, no way, solution: eat more protein based meals

Yes, especially if you are not active during the daytime and often eat late at night.
good stuff
@Phish78 It is about how much you eat… not when you eat. If you go to bed hungry and several hours go in between your eating times, your body goes into starvation mode ~ which means your body will hold on to fat. Eating 5-7 small low-calorie/high protein meals a day is beneficial to losing weight. It will give your body the energy it needs to make it throughout the day.
I knew it!!!
