how many times a week do you do this workout?
Any tips to work on calves (especially inner part)? I have serious difficulties in making any gain there.

u could use dumbells too i think im gonna use this workout with dumbells today
I would recomend rowing if possible it realy help all muscles but especially legs arms and core.

But once it gets to heavier weights, it become tough, as in my case my legs became stronger than my shoulders. So whereas my legs can take a few more reps, my shoulder can’t hold out any longer. So I lower the DBs and finish the Set of Squats, but in a manner where I am holding my DBs just below waist level.
I run regularly, no effect on my calves, they suck genetically.
