This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don’t have access to a gym. Warmup 10 reps each of Body Weight Squats, lunges, stiff leg dead-lifts, 20 high knees.     Any tips to work on calves (especially inner part)? I have serious difficulties in making any gain there.

    I would recomend rowing if possible it realy help all muscles but especially legs arms and core.

    “jumping lunges” are called scissor jumps/kicks, just for future reference…
    and they’re not one-legged dead lifts….they’re bend overs

    Hello, have you heard of “Musclegend” ({look on Google|search on Google|just search Google)? On their website you can watch a smart free video explaining the best way to start building notable muscle mass quickly. This helped Devan to overcome his body building plateau and then build up chiseled lean body mass with no fat super fast. Hopefully it will work for you as well.

    But once it gets to heavier weights, it become tough, as in my case my legs became stronger than my shoulders. So whereas my legs can take a few more reps, my shoulder can’t hold out any longer. So I lower the DBs and finish the Set of Squats, but in a manner where I am holding my DBs just below waist level.
