    hey mike, i have followed your advice and have gained 17.6 poundes. Most of it is muscle however some of it is fat. I thank you for your advice since it has worked. but now i think that i need to cutsome belly fat.
    Problem:
    in one of your videos you said if you want to loose your belly fat your body needs to burnmore callories. however i still want to gain muscle while losing belly fat, and to do that i need to eat more callories thani burn….. sooo what do i do? 🙁
