    Mike has the most symetrical bodies I have ever seen. All his muscles are
    very developed and large. Sure he wants money. But what other fucken

    I *thumbs down* this video and I’m going to tell you why? Do you see how
    *Mike* sweats profusely before the first tricep exercise is completed, this
    is an indicator that Mike doesn’t even do this exercise himself .This is a
    small muscle group guys, you should not sweat like that. Also, you should
    not incorporate negative tension exercises in to your routine until the
    last set for maximum results.
