    @whatterboi 20kg is not bad but for mass u might wana go to a 30 kg if u can do it if not just stick to 20kg then try a 25kg and ya know..

    @mrlafatailaali It sounds to me that you may be twisting your wrists upwards as you curl. Try and keep them flat, which will support your wrists more

    Hey whenever i do this exercise i feel that it works my forearms way to much rather than working the outer part of my arms, why is this happening and what should i do about this?

    hey mike or anybody .how do i lose the last 15-20lbs .i’m asking this because i’ve stayed at 207lbs for about 3-5 months know and now matter what i do i don’t lose any just stay the same .
