You don’t get fat from one night of binging. And it’s not like working out
ensures that all excess Calories aren’t stored as fat. It depends on the
size of the surplus. Excess Calories are stored as glycogen in the liver
and skeletal muscles and fatty acids in the liver. It takes time and
roughly a 3500 Calorie surplus to stored 1 pound of fat.
Idk what it is…idk if I’m starting to like you or something again…you
start to come to my mind more often and I always get this picture in my
head of us being together…so I mean I guess I am starting to like you…I
know you won’t like me back though cause I’m your “best friend” but
yeah…I know just because were good friends,we shouldn’t date but idk…i
get this feeling that we’d make a perfect couple because i would always
love you and care for you…I also get this feeling that if we did
date,you’d be a great girlfriend to me…but idk what your gonna say or how
your gonna react to this…
I’m 15 and I started gym a year ago and I’m finally starting to see some
vast improvements on my muscle mass across my upper body. However with
taking a new approach to 2015 how do I continue to gain mass but burn that
last bit of belly fat so my abs are defined and cut?

a small request though, as a young cyclist just getting into the sport, I
understand that it’s important for me to stay small upper body but get it
strong. Can you make a video on how to strengthen the upper body while
keeping it small. Thank you again.
10 grand for a owi? Wow when I got mine it was about a 850 dollar fine my
insurance went up 6 bucks a month and I lost my license for 6 months but
had an occupational so it was like I never lost it oh and the owi classes
were 50 bucks. I live in Wisconsin I knew we had easy owi consequences but
I didn’t know it was that much less. I’m glad I got off easy but I don’t
think it teaches people much since the one guy in my class just got his 9th
owi. If it were up to me I would put people in Jail for 30 days times the
amount of owis they have.
I need a personal trainer/instructor. I’m a 16 year old small, tall, and
fit build and I am interesting in a daily workout but I’m not sure what is
good for me at my age and build. If interested in helping me message me on

I’m pretty much beginner (4 months) and have basically seen absolutely no
difference except for a bit of definition and growth but I’ve never touched
supplements. All my friends are taking supplements (Protein shakes in
particular) and look bigger than me (We basically all had the same figure
before training), so:
Do protein shakes actually produce noticeable gains slightly quicker ?
When should you start taking them (Age) ?
When should you take them in time with the workout (After, during etc.) ?
