the guy took 13+ minutes to say put coconut oil on everything…drink whatever you like and make lots of sauces to make your bland health food taste nice..as a health check…in between the educational lessons with 6 yr old drawings….lets just say there are other methods out there….especially if your just starting out so haven’t gained much muscle yet or want to lose fat..(because less face it putting coconut oil or drinking whatever is not going to make you lose jack)…not great advice.
