This exercise routine is great. Exercise first thing in the morning before breakfast, You need to switch your routine once in a while to shock your muscles. In addition eat 6x a day, breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a fruit desert. Stop eating after 6pm. If you are hungry crab a fruit or vegetable. Your protein intake in grams to build muscle should be 75% of your current weight. A whey protein shake with your snacks is a good way to help you reach your goal.
