    Isn’t the preacher curl a little hard on the back? Haven’t tried it yet but I have some problems on that area. Gonna do it this morning.

    this isn`t bad but i love only street workout NO gym, no dumbells no nothing, just bodywheight x) !
    and still you are doing great job !

    Try going to your nearest Sportchek or Treadmill Factory Fitness Superstore locations and/or websites. They both carry the EZ-Curl bar (Most use spinlock collars) along with a wide variety of plated weights to choose from. Check them out for more info, hope I could help!
