I have a question, I’m a 16 year old teenager and I like working out but I often get warnings about working out on a teenage age, because It would be harmfull for a body in growth.
Is this true ? I also heard that working out on a early age can reduce your growth and your penis size xD, I know it is a shamefull question but I would like to know more about it.
