This is a great workout that you can do right at home especially if you don’t have access to a gym. CHEST WORKOUT Floor Dumbbell Flys – 10 reps Incline Dumbbell Push Ups – Till Failure (as many reps as you can) Flex and Squeeze – squeeze your chest for 10 sec Repeat 8 times TRICEP WORKOUT Overhead Dumbbell Extension – 10-15 reps Chair Dips – Till Failure ( as many reps as you can) Flex and Squeeze – squeeze your triceps for 10 sec Repeat 8 times http

    Hey Mike how are you doing ?
    I have a question, I’m a 16 year old teenager and I like working out but I often get warnings about working out on a teenage age, because It would be harmfull for a body in growth.
    Is this true ? I also heard that working out on a early age can reduce your growth and your penis size xD, I know it is a shamefull question but I would like to know more about it.
    Could you inform me more about it ? I thank you in advance 🙂
