    Ah inflammation, another scary sounding word with no method of tracking if
    your total inflammation is going down or up. Reminiscent of TOXINS anyone?
    Better detox while you’re at it. And use some leeches too.

    The difference is the juice you buy from a store it will just be sugary
    water, if you do it youself with real vegetables and/or fruits then it will
    have all the good stuff, all the fiber and the micronutrients.

    taking a low calorie food like vegtable juice instead of eating shit will
    make fat ppl lose weight … wow is it magic ?
    no its not and juice wont make u build muscle or digest other food better,
