    if you do alot of push ups you will start developing your triceps, shoulders and chest, that is a good place to start. With dumbells use a weight that you can curl with good form, if standing you do not want to be rocking back and forth to get the weight up. If you can do 3 sets of 10 with your 15 pounds, then you should look at increasing the weight a little.

    I agree with Palpac about the pushups but do recommend doing Isometric pushups inbetween two chairs..Your chest will get wide as hell fast!! And for those that don’t know or didn’t have one Charles Atlas showed you how to do this on his Isometrics poster overyone had in the 70’s and it works!!!! Also one word for your protein..ISOLATE!!
