@stilldead2kk you probably wanna try optimum serious mass. very good for those in the skinny phase. you might pack in some fat BUT you will most definitely get muscles. ‘remember laziness gets you nowhere.’

I was wondering about this for a long time, how old do i have to be until i can take protein shakes?
hey mike,
im 16 and i run 45 minutes after school four days a week at a fast pace. I also have light-medium cardio in the mornings for 35 minutes for four days per week. i also workout at my home around 20-30 minutes every other day with weights. i have a strict 2200 calorie diet per day and it is broken up into 280-350 calories a piece and at 7 different meals. i’ve been at 8% body fat for a couple months now and i still have a slight layer of fat on my lower abs. what should i do to burn it?

i started my workout and swimming at 14, now I’m 23. I could feel the injury when I’m not doing my exercise right..
@edi2314 Cigarrette buddy Cigarrette
I dont think that there’s anything in the world that inadvertedly stunts your growth. Thats the one thing i learned in phys. ed
hey mike i work out at home and i konow have been doing it right because i have gotten bigger but i eat a lot and you can see my body fat when i sit down but you can still see my abs is that good
Hey Mike, I’m 19, 5’11, 160lb. I’ve been working out for about a year and am just a bit toned but i want to gain body mass while staying lean. do you recommend that i just keep working out basic like you said (about 3-4 sets, 8 reps per exercise) and wait until I’m older for my metabolism to drop so it becomes easier to gain mass. Or would it be better if I just did heavy weight now and do cardio about 1-2 times a week to stay lean?
Hey Boss, What about curls?, can that stunt your growth?
