    erm, first you say that yoga people are all flexible people who don’t have
    good bodies. then you say yoga is a good way to get a good body? yeah no.

    i don’t doubt it can male you stronger in some ways, improve your balance,
    etc if you have never done those poses before, but unless you pack on some
    weight you’ve reached as strong as you are going to get from it. for muscle
    gains? not every video has to be link bait about muscle gains.

    It would be great if you could do some 20 minute follow along videos, where
    we can learn the poses at a steady pace! I can’t find many of these sorts
    of yoga videos on YT beyond the very basic yoga poses.
