    is it; lysine or leucine you are talking about? they are in fact 2 diffrent amino acids found in whey brotein.

    You can get Lysine from beans but it’s not greater than chicken. There’s a lot of vegetarians/vegans that will complain about meat in a certain degree that is so debatable. Quinoa and beans has some great lysine and amino acids if you’re a vegetarian/vegan because i gain muscles from eating them. If you’re meat eater like me. Eat mostly eggs, chicken and fish. Whey protein and Creatine works but depends on your calorie limits.

    if you have enough Leucine, supplementing that every second hour you can eat like 1500 calories, loose fat dratically and build muscle? if this is true, it’s absurd??
