How To Get Lean For SummerGet lean for summer: sixpackshortcuts.com Whats up guys! In this video, I give you my best tip I use when eating out. Its summer time, and I find myself outdoors alot more often which is great bc Im more active BUT I also realize my diet is suffering bc Im always eating out! Alot of guys (especially myself) tend to not only eat bad when they are out, but also OVEREAT. TIP: The best thing to do besides eating super healthy when you are out eating is to keep your portion small and not overeat. Even if you are eating foods that are high in calories, keeping your portions small will help tremendously on keeping you on track with your goals.     Yo dude im 18 going 19 and i started doing wieghts properly a year ago and i can lift 30 kg 12 or more times but im not seeying any difference in my arms since a month ago what do you think?

    You don’t usually see gains over a month. But I’m soon to be 19 as well, easily does 32 kilos 12 times, usually does 36 – 38 kilos. But look over your nutrition, see if you get your protein, but also your carbs and fats.

    Hey mike, i am 14 now and i’ve been doing your work outs an i got a four packs. I want to get the lower abs section to show up so it becomes the six packs, any workouts for that?

    i have a question, would getting tighter abs make u feel full faster when u eat? my theory is cuz itll constrict ur stomach and u cant stretch it as much, i ask this because i used to have pretty tight abs but i stopped for a while to work more on my cardio and chest and legs, but now my stomach bulges out again and i find myself more hungry alot more and i find it really hard to not eat what ever i want since thats what i used to do
